Design Our New Logo!

As Ottawa Horror moves into it's 3rd year, we've decided we need a bit of a facelift.  In the coming month or two, we'll be redesigning the site and adding our own webstore (so you can show the world your undying fanship of all things Ottawa Horror).

And this is where you come in, fans and friends. We're looking for a new logo design to replace the existing one, and we want YOU to help us. Here's the details:

From now until July 25th, 2010, send us your logo to sonsey@ottawahorror.com. On July 31st, 2010 we'll announce the winner.  The winner will get bragging rights AND... a pile of free swag from our soon-to-be webstore showcasing your hard work.

So get busy artists! If you're not artistically inclined, tell your artist friends, tell your siblings... hell, tell everyone!

Wanna get Crazies?

As you may know, Ottawa Horror's next Movie Night is George A. Romero's "The Crazies" at the Mayfair. You may also know that there's a "reinvention" of it planning to hit theatres soon.

Now, Alliance Films is offering you - Ottawa Horror Fans - a chance to see it in advance! We have 8 double passes courtesy of Alliance Films, to see a special preview of "The Crazies" Thursday Feb. 25th at 9PM at the Empire 7 Cinemas. We'll be giving those away to the first eight people who email me at sonsey@ottawahorror.com with the answer to the following trivia question:
